Withdrawal from the agreement
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement and return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Returned products should be sent back without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal, to the following address:

The cost of returning the product is covered by the Customer.
There is no obligation to include a fiscal receipt with the return shipment. To identify the order, the order number or customer details are sufficient.
Return conditions
Returned products should be properly secured for transport and must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to examine their nature, characteristics and functionality.
In the case of jewelry, this includes in particular scratches, damage, deformation, dirt or other visible signs of wear.
You have the right to inspect the product in the same way you would in a physical store. If excessive use is identified, we may reduce the refund amount accordingly.
Personalised products and gift cards
Personalised products and products made to individual order are non-returnable.
In the case of gift cards, a refund is possible only if the gift card code has not been used.
If a product purchased using a gift card is returned in accordance with the withdrawal policy, the amount paid with the gift card will be restored in the form of a new gift card code or reactivated on the existing code.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued without undue delay, no later than 14 days from receiving information about the withdrawal from the agreement.
We may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or proof of shipment has been provided – whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original order unless otherwise agreed.
Complaints
If the product is not compliant with the agreement, you have the right to submit a complaint.
Complaints can be submitted:

Please include:
– order number
– description of the issue
– photos of the product (if possible)
In justified cases, we may ask you to return the product for verification.
As a rule, we are responsible for any lack of conformity of the product with the agreement that becomes apparent within two years from delivery.
Depending on the situation, you may request:
– repair of the product
– replacement of the product
– price reduction
– withdrawal from the agreement
