Care
- Do not overstretch elastic bracelets. Every material has its limits – excessive stretching may cause the cord to break.
- Over time, the elastic cord may naturally relax slightly. This is a normal process and does not affect the quality of the product. When wearing the bracelet, avoid stretching it more than necessary to put it on and take it off comfortably.
- The knot securing the cord is always hidden inside a bead. If it happens to come out, gently slide a neighbouring bead over it to conceal the knot again and restore the bracelet’s appearance.
- All gold elements in our jewelry are treated with an anti-tarnish coating to help preserve their beauty. However, due to their contact with natural stones, they may gradually lose some of their shine over time – this is a natural and inevitable process. Use a dedicated polishing cloth to restore their luster.
- Avoid wearing multiple pieces of jewelry together to minimize the risk of scratches.
- Stones placed next to gold elements may darken over time – this is a natural occurrence. To restore their appearance, gently wash the jewelry with mild soap and warm water, then dry it thoroughly. The same method can be used for general cleaning or refreshing the stones. However, limit exposure to detergents, especially strong ones, as they may negatively affect both stones and gold. Jewelry made with silk thread or containing wooden elements should not be immersed in water.
- Wear your jewelry on clean, dry skin. Avoid putting it on immediately after applying creams or oils, as residue may affect its appearance and be difficult to remove.
- Apply perfumes, hairsprays, and deodorants before putting on your jewelry. Avoid spraying them directly onto stones or gold elements.
- Remove your jewelry before swimming in the sea or pool, exercising, or using a sauna – salt, chlorine, and sweat may negatively affect its condition.
- Avoid wearing jewelry during sports or household activities to prevent mechanical damage.
- Store your jewelry in a dry place, separately, ideally in a pouch, box, or compartment to prevent scratches.
- Avoid prolonged exposure of stones to direct sunlight, as some may lose their color over time.
